What happens if I don't use my monthly treatment?
It rolls over to the next month as long as your membership is active. Hormone Bank dollars roll over the same way.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Most plans have a 12-month minimum. Diamond Weight Loss has a 3-month minimum. Elite Beauty, Gold Weight Loss and Platinum Weight Loss have no minimum. Each plan card shows its terms.
How do I cancel?
Once your minimum commitment is done, call or text us at (954) 960-6321 and we'll cancel your membership. You can cancel plans with no minimum anytime.
Can I have more than one membership?
Yes. Each plan is billed on its own, and you get the treatments and member pricing for every plan you have.
How do I book my treatments?
After you join we text you a welcome message with how to book. You can also call the office anytime.
Do I earn rewards for visiting?
Yes. Members unlock rewards at 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25 and 30 visits, like free Tox units, an SPF or a HydraFacial.
